I already own a cosmetic business that has been filed and prepared by my lawyers?

The question I'm curious is pertaining to me wanting to create yet another smaller cosmetic business on the side, but sell a few items under my make up artistry name which is Make Up Artist D on my new website that displays work I do on my clients. Now do I need my name trademarked inorder for me to be able to sell products on my portfolio site OR can I already use my OTHER business name and tax id info and have my smaller company just under my mega company? I dont want to have to go through trademarking yet another company when i can just use the company information I already OWN. Couldnt the company I already owned be a UMBRELLA to this smaller one? Yes it will have two different names.

trade marks, patents, etc are for those who; want to grow much larger,
have a "great something" to protect, and have something special.

i SUGGEST YOU not bother doing more legal stuff; just sell and earn $

when you are pocketing $1m a year, then go those extra steps.
