I am applying to be a delivery boy at a franchised pizza shop but my driving record is a little bad.?

I am wondering if I still have a chance at this job or not. I will be driving my own car and it will be under my own insurance so I dont see how having a bad record could effect my application. But still I believe I have 4 points on my record with my last ticket being 1 year ago and the other 3 being 2 1/2 years ago. Three speeding and one failure to stop at stop sign. Is there any hope?????
