rmax, or dragondoor I have personal experience with an rmax product called Prasara, it is similar to yoga, but different because it is very flowing like tai chi.  Also, I have heard wonderful thing about Qi Gong, and specifically a program from Dragondoor.com Both come highly recommended by myself!   Vaughan's Recommendations PRASARA.Flow Without Thought.
