I fell with my motorcycle and I had 4 fractures on the head and subcranial haematoma?

I was wearing a helmet which was being sold illegaly as it didn't reply to the specifications set by the law. I have a written statement from the consumers protection commitee that the helmet is illegal and orders the company to withdraw it because it's being sold in the motorcycle products section of the store and it's attempting to fool the consumers as they did in my case. What do you think I should do about this? Should I sue the company that owns the store where I bought it from?

Chat with a personal injury lawyer.

But keep in mind what ER doctors call motorcycle riders:

donors.

Hope you're recovering from your injuries.
Is there a law in the state / province where you live that requires all motorcycle helmets to be government certified like where I live (BC)? If so, you may have a case if they are selling illegal helmets. If there is no such law I doubt there is much you can do. Talk to a lawyer.

Was this novelty certified to the safety regulated standards of your country? No?
Did it meet the minimum safety requirements for road use? No?
Then why were you riding with it illegally on the street?
Furthermore, why would you expect it to protect the most vital part of your body?

Negligence for your own safety is not the fault of the manufacturer.

You will get nothing in compensation and/or damages of any kind.

You can get yourself a free chat with a personal injury attorney. Their billboards are everywhere. They can give you a great answer.
