I Finally Came up with the Perfect Business Name the Problem is I'm not the First One who Thought of It?

Ok so I'm opening a face painting business and I've been brainstorming names for weeks. I only came up with one name that I love and that's Fairytale Faces. Unfortunately I founf another face painting business going by this name. Although according to U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) they're unregistered, I think they still have rights to it. Anyway would is pose a problem to create a similar name. I'm thinking of

Fairytale Face Painting or
Fairytail faces

Suggestions?

if the name is not trademarked you can use it too.
how about "Fairytales Faces of Boston" or something like that? makes your version of the name a little bit "special"
