Pay it or fight. Is the USMC sending to to "ul" that will let you miss
the appearance date? Legal counsel should be able to appear for
you but it may cost more than the ticket but if there is potential for
points, paying one to get it lowered or amended to something without
points will keep your insurance rates from jumping since it will stay
on your driving history for up to 5 years. Good luck with the infraction.
