I Had Been Offered A Fruit

Postby Healum » Sun Jun 22, 2014 1:57 am

My partner & I bought a 1996 Plymouth Voyager from a completely independent in Norfolk, Virginia on 1/23/06, 3 nights later the water pump smashed & we'd to contact the seller to get the automobile & create the repairs. All was good the truck was fixed about 2 nights later, approximately we believed... on 2/17 the truck smashed down again, as it happens the transmisison went. My partner named the seller & required another automobile or our deposit of 00 back or perhaps a loaner vehicle while or truck had been fixed. We were informed we'd need to spend 9 for income tax on another automobile, they didnt provide loaner vehicles & they'dn't return our cash. We'd the vehicle one for under per month & it was the Next required fix. We'd to invest money that people didnt need to rentacar. After a lot of run-around, the seller informed us they'd repair the vehicle at free. The vehicle was ultimately set nowadays 2/23/06, when my partner visited get the vehicle they informed him he'd to help make the payment per month which isnt due until 2/27 or they'dn't launch the truck, they mentioned we bought the van on 1/18 & cost was due, after examining their documents they recognized these were incorrect. My partner told them he wasnt likely to create the cost till it had been due, then they stated they'll cost him for that repairs & won't launch the truck till 0 is compensated. My partner & I don't experience we ought to need to purchase the repairs, it's apparent that people were offered an orange. They're stating they'll reposess the truck if we-don't spend & they'll not provide us back the deposit. Is that this legitimate? May they escape with this particular? We're today with no car, 00 & the cash we invested to hire another car. Please assist!!!!!

Sorry to say, almost all used cars are sold "as is" unless specified otherwise. The vehicle is ten years old and your problems sound typical for any ten year old vehicle.

I agree, unfortunately I think you are totally out of luck. A used car that is 10 years old is going to have problems.
That is why they are generally sold "As Is" and they mean exactly that.
