I don't think with 3 points ur insurance is gonna b affected...but if u get more points or warning or u r called for a meeting why ur licence shud not be suspended? It does not effect insurance.

With three points your insurance is not affected, but you must tell your insurer that you have three points.

If you don't then your claim may be affected.

secondly you cant waiver points, they have a life, normaly five years.

after that they are called "spent points".

Licencing authority will wipe them off and your licence will be classed as clean.

Giridhar, Insider information, most of the states do not have a system to communicate point information from one state to other. so stay low, secondly you can take Defensice driving cources to nullify the points. It is not necessary for you to inform any one about anything it is not your duty, you have to however inform the insurance company if they ask for. Dont be proactive in providing harmfull(To you) information to the conmpany that can take benifit of the same
