It depends on the state where you reside. In my state you have to be a licensed agent to be a leasing agent. But I will tell you that the education you have had would likely take care of the education requirements for licensure, assuming not to much time has passed since taking it, so all you would need to get licensed is the FBI check and passing the state examcomplex? I have taken Principles of Real Estate I and Principles of Real Estate II, Law of Contracts, and Real Estate Finance........... I have an Interview tomorrow, wondering if I should bring these up
