I live in s.c. got a ticket for not have my registration on me, how much will that ticket cost? is it a fix it?

Long story short, cop pulled me over for going 9mph over the speed limit, then i had the wrong registration card. I had the previous owners Havier Fransico, I must have thrown mine out when going through the car and kept his thinking it was mine. How much will this ticket be and is it a fix it ticket??

If you do have up to date registration just show up to your court date and show the judge chances are he will just drop that ticket.

Failure to have a proper registration, proof of insurance, or even a drivers license, are all fairly common tickets. Generally, if you show up in court with the right paperwork, the judge will simply dismiss the ticket.
