I'm a Canadian citizen and wondering if Im able to live in the UK for 6 months with a criminal record (DUI)?

I lived in the UK a year and a half ago for 6 months (I realize that there is no need for a visa to stay for up to 6 months because I am Canadian.) And recent visited for 3 weeks last October/November. But my charges were more recent and I am worried about having trouble getting in now. May make a difference but my sister and brother in law live there with their family and that's where I'll be living. Thanks!!
