I'm a Marxist. Disprove me?

I want to see some civil debate here.
Personally, I think collectivization is a good thing as long as it's done in the right way. Under Lenin, Russia prospered under the New Economic Policy, which encouraged small scale capitalism among the middle class. Stalin is the one who screwed everything up and caused Russia to fall into oblivion.
To put my views simply, I think all corporations should be collectivized and jointly owned by the workers. I don't want a revolution, I'm not violent, I just think that joint ownership will promote productivity.
I don't want to eliminate private personal property. If you have ever studied Communism, you should know that no Communist supports this. Doctors should still make more than janitors; however, the super-rich clan would not exist. Really wealthy people would exist (think of the people managing these large, worker owned corporations) but they wouldn't be billionaires.

Edit: Tell why communism always fails? It because humans a greedy. All animals are greedy. Thats why capitalism is the best system. The harder you work the greater the rewards

It is not my place to tell you how to live, nor is it yours to tell me how to live mine.

I don't need to disprove you.

I can't imagine that anyone would care enough that you are a Marxist to argue about it. Who cares? If you want to be one, so be it.

Have you considered moving to North Korea or Cuba to enjoy the benefits of living under your ideal political philosophy?

Why is it that communism, proclaimed to be so wonderful with "the right people" running it, always ends up with the wrong people running it? Can you point to one present-day example where "the right people" are running any communist state? I didn't think so.

Start a commune.

I'm serious. If you want to collectivize, then find some people who agree with you and go do it. There's nobody stopping you. You can have joint ownership, if you want. You can keep private property to the extent you want. In a free society you can live the dream. You say you're non-violent and don't want a revolution, and that's great; so if you want to convince me, then show me.
