i need a lawyer/attorney in the ny area that can help me win a possible medical malpractice.i need a free consultation and lawyer/attorny only gets paid if i win the case.

after yo see the story in the link read the following

let me know if any one can help me
the doctor that messed me up wants to do a follow up so that way they can close the doctor/patient case
her follow up was supposed to be on the week after the surgery but it was a holiday and the same day was the only one day a week she worked there.
she wants to do a follow up but i really dont want to since she dident come to see me she told me to go see her after the i get out the hospital.
so now she expects me to see her after another doctor had to fix her mistakes.
pls help me i really want to sue for her negliegence and irrersponsibility as a doctor.
i never got her emergency contact phone number she told me to call up the hospital that i had the first surgery if anything bad happened and no one there knew who she was because shes hardly there.
pls help me i lost alot of blood and fat at that matter it was really scary.

This depends entirely on the type of surgery and the nature of the mistake. What happened, and did it cause very significant pain/downtime? Otherwise, I wouldn't sue anybody.
