I need to get my roommate out NOW, please help me how to do this?

Im a single mom with a five year old child, and Ive had a roommate that turned out to be a total psycho staying in my room upstairs, not paying me, then paying me late and only a part of what he owes,and intentionally running up the bills, and threatening me, and my child. Hes crazy. He lost his job while staying here. I had no idea he was like this. hes been here three months.

Im very poor, and Im in the process of filing for an eviction, but problem is I have to wait 2 weeks for his next rent due date, altho he paid a little more than half this time of what he owes me. I own my own home, and he constantly threatens me saying hes gonna find a way to take my house, and hes gonna run up my water bill (let the faucets run) and theres nothing I can do about it, I cant afford this Im on welfare, please help me and my daughter..

He just now threatened me again today, and I sleep with a chair in front of my dorr, im afraid he will rape me.

I cant wait a month and a half for this violent, psycho, creepto be out of here, please help me. Is there any way to get him out sooner??

If he's threatening you, you can always call the police. File a restraining order and he'll have to vacate your home.
