was audited by officials from Workers Comp, they claim i owe almost $3000, and i think it is wrong, but had to prove. I want to find out if the will allow or is it possible to make payment arrangement for outstanding balance on Workers Compensation

Yes, I'm pretty sure that they will allow you to set up a repayment plan.
