I was wondering if anyone could look over this appeal so i might have a chance when i make my case?

Before i begin i understand after refreshing myself with the ToS that i was out of line with what was said and there is no excuse for my behavior, But i don't see how any of what i said considered hate speech? And why was i permanently banned the first time i did something wrong? no warning no message telling me i will be banned if i continue breaking the rules. But for using profanity?

I hear game NPC's swear? (Example I hope the hero's kick your ***)
I hear drug references? (Example The Cops are coming, protect the stash, Quick get it to the lab)
I See random NPC's robbing bank machines?
I have done Missions and features about beating up and setting Law Enforcement on fire.
I have done Missions about underground crime organizations

Honestly i thought this game wouldn't have anyone under the age of 16 playing it

I was simply describing my feelings how people exploited martial arts for its extremely fast combination of blocks and block breaks I'm sure i could have used better language to describe myself, or better yet not have said anything at all but none of what i said was directed towards a person or group i was just describing how martial arts made me feel and i never meant to offend anyone in any way and i apologize if it did.

I hear programed NPC's yelling things like i hope the hero's kick your *** so i figured that if the NPC's themselves swore then it wasn't a very big problem or even anything to get in trouble about since the programmers would have had to code it in and someone would have to record the audio to make the NPC's say that. It became so common to see and hear context like that around, I have had people say much worse things to me but i never took it personally because i knew they weren't insulting me as a person it was directed towards insulting my character performance.

I admit after reading these that i was not only rude and insulting but i went against everything i stood for in DCUO, i stood for anyone regardless of if they where fresh new to DCUO or if they where CR 80 anyone that needed help regardless of if they where rude or nice i extended a helping hand to .... but i just sound like a jerk in that message

I remember when i said this tho a better way to deal with it should have just been logging out
what happened with the player i said this to was he followed me from LexCorp tower and kept trying to prove that i sucked because he non-stop followed me for a good hour around the hall of doom and continuously tried sending me duel invites while i was in the Re-Spec Chamber and i just wanted him to leave me alone and go away. I know i could have handled the situation a lot differently.

I agree that my account shouldn't go without punishment but i don't see why on my first Offense i am given a permanent ban as punishment without warning of any kind no previous punishment on my account for anything and when i called into tech support what i got out of the conversation was

"Since you're a free user we are not required to care or are we under any obligation to warn the user that they will be banned if the user continues to further break rules"

every question i asked around the subject of warning a free user was dodged and the subject was changed to if i may quote:

"We have the option to either send a warning, suspend, or ban the account surrounding the severity of the issue"

If i may ask, If i was such a blight with what i was doing and saying why wasn't i informed that i was getting out of line?

Throughout the 7 months (213 days) i have played DCUO. i have have not received 1 Piece of mail, 1 GM Message, not 1 warning what-so-ever regarding my use of language.

I was told by tech support that anyone with a headset mic can not be held accountable for anything they say regardless of what they say because there is no way to track these transmission or scan them for inappropriate language.

"So if a person has a headset and insults me with a racial comment and i report them they can not be held accountable for what they said and will not be punished for it."

All i'm asking for a second chance to get things right and not make the same mistakes again i know i'm not perfect, I'm probably the farthest thing from perfect but shouldn't everyone be given a second chance to correct there wrongs and work to be a better person all around?
