I wonder how can i track my landlord who has moved addresses to get her to come to small claims court?

I do not have much information about my landlord other than her name, and her previous address. how can i get her to appear in court so i can sue her? thank you.

Maybe you can buy access to DMV records.

File your lawsuit. You will get a case number. Once you have a case number, take your legal papers to the post office closest to her previous address. They will be allowed to provide you with her new address.

Put the summons and complaint in with your rent check, certified/return receipt requested.
