I hear that medical malpractices cases are hard to win. WHY exactly? What makes a good malpractice case generally?

It is only a win for the plaintiff if the court rules in their favor.

Medical malpractice claims are hard to win because of the amount and nature of evidence that you have to produce to prove your case.
