A part of the property in the name of the father has been registered to one of the son and now if the other son and daughters go to the court for claiming it will that property be divided amongst all the children? What does the Indian law tell about this?

Why you want to waste your time, energy, relation and money on a matter which your father had already sorted out when he was alive. You can't challenge it if the property is raised by your father. But if the property is ancestral and there is no Will, even then it is not easy to get back your or others share on proper registration.
