Lets say I am being sued in small claims court for a private debt by an ex. I am being sued, for, lets say $2000.

So what I do is, on the morning of the court date, I go to her house, gag her and tie her up, so she's not going anywhere. And of course I wear gloves.

Then I show up to defend the suit, ready to deny everything. Five minutes pass....ten minutes pass.... finally it is clear that the plaintiff is a no show. Case dismissed, judgement in favor of defendant by default.

(In my county, that is how the small claims court system works. No shows result in default judgement in favor of the other party. And if they schedule a court date for you, and you don't show up, they won't schedule another one for you for the same issue as it will be recorded as decided and dismissed.) )

Then I go back to my ex's place, let her out and take all the evidence and leave.

And when she goes to the police with this wild tale, I'm like "What a ridiculous fiction! If you are too embarrassed to admit you overslept, then at least come up with a realistic story."

And she'll have no evidence to back up her incredible accusation.

Lol could that work.

You'd better have a damn good alibi.

No, you would not pass Go, you would not collect $200. You would go directly to jail. (Prison that is.)

No it could not work. It might have worked, but then you made the basic mistake of posting it all on Yahoo! Answers.

Boy,you must hate her guts pretty bad.The only flaw that you have is that the gag that you've put around her mouth and the tying her up is going to leave bruises and marks that she could not have done on her own, better have a plan b,c,d,and on.Just go to court.
