Nope. Workmans comp is for physical disabilites due to an accident on the job. Disability signifies you can't work, and emotional distress does not mean you can't perform. And you quit, so you are not entitled to unemployment.   TurboB 18 months ago

If the emotional distress was caused by the job, you can collect unemployment. If the employer refuses, you can hire an attorney and object and you'll have an opportunity to present your case. If you're suing for sexual harassment it's going to be impossible to get them to agree to unemployment benefits because it would be an admittance of guilt but I'd still apply and give it a try.You're not disabled. That's very difficult to qualify for and you don't want to be able to qualify. It's a small amount of money and you have to be able to prove you're very ill.Why don't you switch to a law website.
