No. If you are being pushed again the police car, you are not liable if you accidentally scratched it.

Yeah, they got a buddy of mine that way- make sure you close your mouf too, so yo grill don't scratch it up worse!

This reminds me of a Ke$ha video where she gets pulled over and the cop slams her on his car and all her glitter and puke fell off and damaged the paint work.
