Can President Romney just order the IRS to stop collecting the individual mandate tax?

Can he just order all the government departments not to implement Obamacare?

Obama didn't need to pass any immigration laws - why should Romney need to repeal anything?

Well constitutionally he really can't but he seems to be able to do whatever he wants...The border states aren't paying attention to what OBAMA does, they are protecting themselves.

Yes, Welcome to the world of executive order selective enforcement of laws....what is good for Obama, can be good for Romney...Liberals praise Obama for it, but watch them squeal bloody murder when Romney does the same thing..
