If the Police take a man in for questioning over robbery- do they need suspicion?

Postby kienan » Fri Mar 02, 2012 11:36 am

The headmaster of forest town school apparently had something of this nature occur and he was released but of late he continues (even in writing) to prove himself a liar- does this mean that the suspicion was upheld as this man proves his self below normal status- and if so: why the hell is he still a public servant? Garry ineson of forest town primary school in mansfield nottinghamshire England UK might be able to answer this- but I doubt you'd get the truth- his mate singletlon might be able to give him an alibi and if you don't believe it he might try to make you believe it- if you understand aggression. Mansfield police will probably arrest me for doing what is my only resort- asking you all what i should do but at the end of the day- I'd like an answer that can teach all that read yahoo answers: HOW can a member of the public fight a public servant when legal aid is not at our disposal- i.e. the working class man gets shafted without law being introduced to prevent a public servant abusing his position- what can we do?

They can only hold you for 24 hours without probable cause after that they need a warrent to arrest you for longer
