If we cant stop illegal immigration are we admitting that terrorist can come into our country at will.?

we can stop people coming into our country to work overnight with a national ID card and laws prosecuting all employers that hire an illegal. we can stop terrorist by putting troops on the border. why arent we ? the republicans want an id card for voter fraud ( where there is very little ) so whats the difference between showing an id to get a job or voting? anyone coming into our country illegally is committing a crime.

Jeez why are you all so obsessed with terrorists? Do you have anything else to debate about except for terrorism? Looks to me like this is the kind of excuse used anytime something is not pleasing. I don't mean to say terrorism doesn't exist. It does and it hurts lots of innocents. But I also believe there are far less terrorists than people want to believe. It just makes a good excuse for everything wrong to point a finger at something unseen. And illegal workers exists because almost anybody can get their immediate profit on using someone who asks for less and does more. Illegal worker's trend is fed by anyone who hires a nanny, a cleaner, or buys from illegals just because it's cheaper. We say you can't have the keg full and the wife drunk. If everybody really wanted to get rid of illegals they would stop taking only what's good of immigration, i.e. Exotic food, cheap hard workers. If people keep hiring cheap illegals then they should not complain when they realise the economy is stuck because money doesn't go around and taxes are not paid. It's also up to us to change things, you don't need a witch hunt by the Government. People need to stop taking advantage of immigration and immigrants won't have a reason to move to the States if there's no one paying them.
