Depends on how you broke his arm.

If you pushed him so that he fell and broke his arm, then not false imprisonment.

If you grabbed him, held onto him, and in the process broke his arm, then false imprisonment; the broken arm would actually be irrelevant.

False Imprisonment = Acting to intentionally confine or restrict another to a bounded area.
