If you were in high school what is the best way to handle SLANDER?

I know people like to call others names. (and it does hurt)....)regardless of "stick and stones..."

Is it best to just schug it off? or say something like.."That is false and walk away."

When you say slander I guess you mean banter. Well if they are your friends then play along and say things back for a laugh. If they are not your friends it can be bullying. Don't be a fag and tell a teacher or say "that is false" that's sound embarrassing for you. Just say "oi, I've had enough of your ****. Nothing you say offends me it's just wasting my time, now you obviously have time to waste trying to insult me which is pathetic, unfortunately for you I don't have that time, cya around ******!" that'll do the trick, stand up for yourself don't tell teachers or parents it's sad and pathetic and trust me it will get worse if you do that
