Imagine for a moment that you're a marketing director for Wal-Mart, and your job is to respond to consumer emails and letters. You've been hit recently with a barrage of mail protesting your new Christmas wish list website. You must develop a response to irate consumers, thanking them for their input and explaining your position. Your staff will personalize the letter for individual consumers. Write a draft of the letter. Keep in mind that you do not want to alienate anyone; in fact, you'd like to use this opportunity to transform Wal-Mart bashers into Wal-Mart advocates. You've also received a number of emails from kids who LOVE the website. Write a response to them as well.

I have a better idea
GET A CLUE as to what is REAL
Consumerism is NOT sustainable.

Wal-mart & other "capitalists" like them
do NOT embrace the FREE MARKET but
instead want a monopoly on the market
so as to have complete & total CONTROL
over the entire retail business. This is so WRONG on so many levels!

BOYCOTT consumerism for world PEACE!
