Imagration Question if i bring 2 people one my wife and her son to The U.S. Does it cost a lot of money?

I met a wonderful a women and her son from Jamacia in July of 2011. My Neighbor introduce us that i have known for a long time in my neighbor hood. I went to Jamacia last year and i traveled back there often to date my friend and her family is good to me too. My Sisters and Bothers met her last june while vacationing in Jamaica. They approve and Bless us with Love like i have for my special Lady as well her son :) I would like to get engaged to be married if she will have me but i think she will say Yes.. She has a 10 year old son also he is a good kid and i have 2 serriors questions to Ask??...

#( 1) If i marry her in Jamaica and try to bring her and her son to the United States will it cost lots of money in legal fees etc.?.

#( 2) If i do would the imagration wait be real long to bring her to the U.S.. Sense Imagration laws are very strick sense 911 and have changed ?
