Imprisoned With Two Pounds Of Marijuana

My sweetheart, 25 yrs old, was imprisoned a couple of months again cuz his "buddy" quit Pot in his vehicle. The police told my BF when he'd tell who it belonged also, they'd cost him with intention to provide. And thus that's what happened. Their test is arising in a couple weeks and his Public Opponent doesnt appear to understand what he's performing. The PD might have gotten him right into a plan and six months probabtion, but throughout the first reading, worded issues the wrong manner. Therefore, no plan. He currently includes a change for just two years probation or 24 months jail time. He really wants to request a brand new PD, but is scared of what might occur if he does so. He's no preceding report, only racing tickets. <br />
He got a phone from some man in mention of a PreTrial Meeting. He is a parole/probation officer. Does this mean probation appears great in his situation or is that this only a manadatory factor? Any help could be appreciated. Cheers

The probation officer will complete a report and recommendation of sentence following the interview, which the court will use as a guide at sentencing.

Which means this man makes an indicator towards the judge?? Is it probably the judge uses what's suggested?? <br />
Does anybody know of any authorized solutions which are great, although not too costly within the South Florida Region (Foot. Lauderdale)? He truly want to possess a lawyer rather than the PD.
