Aid and abet: To assist another in the commission of a crime by words or conduct.

The person who aids and abets participates in the commission of a crime by performing some Overt Act or by giving advice or encouragement. He or she must share the criminal intent of the person who actually commits the crime, but it is not necessary for the aider and abettor to be physically present at the scene of the crime.

An aider and abettor is a party to a crime and may be criminally liable as a principal, an Accessory before the fact, or an Accessory after the fact.

Obama is clearly committing illegal acts of crime. He needs to be impeached and tried in a court of law on each count. This proves he will ''arrogantly'' do anything to stay in office. He needs the votes.He knows Americans will not vote for him. We've seen how he is trying to destroy our country. He's depending on illegal votes to get him a second term. He is literally forcing himself on the American people as our leader and dictator... just like the Islam leaders do in their countries.

And, once again, for all of you who didn't get it the first time or for some reason just aren't capable of understanding or just refuse to accept facts: Being in the US without permission and papers IS NOT A CRIME. Crossing the border without letting a US official know about it does not, in and of itself, do harm. It's an administrative matter. There are no arrests, no pleadings, no trials and no imprisonment. There is only detention, administrative hearings if requested and deportation.

Reagan (back in the old days when the president and the Congress cooperated for the good of the country) gave general amnesty to 12 million undocumented residents and it wasn't axed by the Supreme Court so there must be something about granting amnesty that's Constitutional.
