Some of these - utterances, for instance, are referenced in the Criminal Code expressly. Harassment and intimidating may be private matters sounding in civil money damages. Search all three under the CC then the case law to see what sort money awards plaintiffs are given these days for such treatment. Again, too, it often depends on where the offensive conduct takes place, i.e. at work, at home. Circs are everything at law.
