In divorce case in India, female can complain against her husband with out any proof for divorce,but y not mal?

I need one advice, My friend is suffering from his wife, she is been torturing her husband and blackmailing him that he will put behind the bars for dowry case and all, but she was from poor family, and male spent on her for marriage and but still bear the torture, Is there any section in law against these kind of wives who torture and blackmail the husband and torture the in-laws? can the husband approach the court directly for justice? In case of female approached for divorce, getting divorce has become easier. But why not with these males who suffer from wives? I need a advice how can i approach the court, should i show the proof that she tortures us? in wat way i can get the justice?
