We are thinking of renting out a mobile home that is on our property when we bought our house and are wondering if we have to provide those appliances?

Yes...people who rent do not come with stoves and fridges. They do not have to be new...they have to work and be safe.

You do not have to provide a refrigerator.

You do have to provide a stove, a hot water heater and a heater for the hosue.
