Intelligent people can you help in exposing quakery & coming up with an argument explaing it away?

There is this lunatic women that everyone around me believes and listens to that is going around telling everyone that if I know what is being said behind my back then I am guilty of it.
She and several other women have been slandering and trying to make things stick to me esp and even solely surounding my good looks but I am not guilty of it, character assassinating me.

I have told people this is nothing but quakery and slander but I need a more viable explaination to explain this quakery away. Can you supply it?
