International WalMart Food?

Hi.
I'm writing a paper on globalization and sustainability. Right now, it's about the potential WalMart in India.
If I go to WalMart in America, I find corn, wheat and soy in SO many of the foods.
I'm wondering if anyone knows

1. what types of food products are at international WalMarts- especially China, and
2. what are the main ingredients in these foods?

3. If anyone knows if Monsanto has patents on the seeds of the international WalMart foods, that would be such a great help! (And if it's not too much to ask, where do international WalMarts get the food?)
