Is a large scarring burn wound a health violation for a waitress?

I am currently out of work receiving workers compensation but my worry is that this Monday if the work comp. Doctor tries to clear me for work and I Gross customers out. It is a huge burn from a hibachi grill that takes up my whole forearm. It has been a few weeks and is ugly looking. It was 2nd degree so it is scabby and raised and just very unsightly to be serving food. I wouldn't want a server giving me food with it on their arm. So what is the health code or whatver for florida. And any advice please????
