A transactional lawyer drafts and reviews contracts, agreements and legal documents relating to contracts and agreements, and negotiates contracts for clients. He/she would not normally appear in court.

Transactional lawyers can make alot of money if they are good, and if they can develope the type of clientele that would use transactional lawyers - i.e., corporations, limited partnerships, etc.

A transactional lawyer is a (real) lawyer who puts business transactions, or "deals", together.

They can do very well.
