He was in this relationship from 1976 to 1999 in Calif.U.S.A. I have a doc. where he states date, place and length of marriage and names his three children. I want a divorce. He is constantly mentally abusive. I have two restraining orders against him. We married in Canada, he refused to fill out immigration papers. What can I do to get him out of my life?

Are you implying that you wish to have your marriage annulled as you think it was bigamous?
The short answer is move and don't tell him where. Then see a divorce lawyer.
