It is legal to buy it and use it for resale. It says on the Intellectual property policy that the product cannot be sold altered from its original packaging or in new volumes and it can't be changed from the original form it took when it was sold. But I am not reselling the product. It is a plant and I just need the product in bulk to make a baked good. The product remains virtually unchanged except for the baking method used to create the new product. Am I selling their product still or not. As far as I can tell they do not hold any patents on the plant. And the terms of use only indicate the limitations on resale.

Their product holds a name and it has TM symbol. It is available to buy and anyone may use it for resale.

Your need better advice than I can give.

Get a lawyer who specializes in intellectual property matters to review that facts.
