Is it legal to blog about far right-wing views (eg, Anti Muslim)?

Wondering if there are laws against posting blogs and other media that share a viewpoint of far right-wing political views.
I am wondering this as the whole trial is going on with the Norway terrorist this week.

Where is the legal line drawn to what can be posted online regarding one's viewpoints?
Surely there is a guarantee of freedom of speech and expression of political views?

As a matter of neutrality on this, I refuse to share my political views here as this will almost certainly cloud the answers with bias.
