Have you read any of the articles from NYT or better yet your local papers? Law schools are full to the brim. Not only that but the job market for law school graduates is the worst in this bleak economy.
The unhidden truth is that some will make it to the profession after law school, though another proportion won't. This is a risky investment that you should carefully think about. Law schools are not cheap and the returns are not guaranteed. In my area, there are five law schools and each graduate 250. This means 1,250 JD graduates per year.
You'll be fine with either.
Don't bother with the justice degree unless you have a personal interest. Nowadays law schools are looking for people with varying backgrounds and degrees. Getting a degree in justice will not give you a leg up in the admissions process nor will it prepare you for law school in an academic sense
