Well, as you can tell, sometimes laws can be wrong.
and that is the case of the old, odd, unfair and obsolete Immigration laws in the USA..
Anglos keep repeating over and over, that undocumented Immigrants are breaking the law. LOL
But they never face some other issues like the organized criminal networks that smuggle human beings from all countries through all maritime or inland borders!, or the criminals in USA that sell fake documents to those undocumented immigrants.
or Employers who hire unlawfully undocumented immigrants to exploit them without job-benefits to avoid taxes.
It's such an hypocrisy!
Anglos are so hypocritical, and besides that most are anglo-monolingual!

Our immigration laws really have nothing in common with the laws under the German Third Reich. That's a pretty ridiculous comparison.

Yes, our immigration laws are obsolete and outdated, but the concept of being a legal American citizen is not. It's not that they don't enforce the laws, it's that it's not feasible to enforce them. We can't afford to track down and imprison every illegal immigrant. Their are 12 - 20 million of them in the US, we don't have the capacity in our already crowded prisons to house them, and our judicial system is backed up as it is.

Yes, they are, it is easy to verify what the legal terms of residing in the US and to see that undocumented immigrants violate those terms. It's not hypocrisy, it's practicality.
