Some criminal government regimes use the high seas to avoid the international laws while on land are legally represented, is it not one and the same for a country to endures colonialism the same idea pirates have which are to hijack, invade and loot another ship, country nation? even if its called the Navy?

It seems so but now it's called a 'level playing field' and that means banksers and corporations can vote themselves huge bonus's, strip the company or the country bare, walk away with all the loot and buy the media and instruct them to brainwash us into thinking these modern-day pirates are a swell bunch of guys.
