If it's relief for family caregivers you're inquiring about, check with the local hospice centers; MASSHEALTH, and VNA for RESPITE CARE. And lastly, if an elder has a particular medical issue, i.e. Alzheimer's, etc. you can check with those particular agencies for advice on care. I have MS and they have provided my Personal Care Attendant with much information, helpful to both of us.
