Is there a traffic ticket payment plan in indiana?

I just found out I got a new unexpected ticket out of nowhere and it was added twice so all together there are 4 tickets, I don't work or have much money to pay it all up front are there any payment plans for this?

Full payment required. Partial payments will be returned, and if no other action taken, you could be subject to a default judgment and possibly additional fees added.
