Is there any class action suits for the university of phoenix?

As anyone else knows who attended there, they screw you BIGTIME!!! My story was pretty much a con into getting me to attend. Ive noticed alot of people around 2007 had the same con done to them also, and the UOP no longer uses this tactic, probably from getting sued. anyway I received daily calls begging me to go back to school when I hadnt even been 18 a month yet guarenteeing me "free grants" you dont need to pay back. I was a sucker. But thats just what they look for. Anyways my advisor walked me thru the whole process online with him on the phone with me. Telling me what to put and say on the fafsa and admin stuff. This wasnt to my benefit,.because although I didnt know, he knew the pell grant alone wouldnt cover the ridiculous costs, and being the business hes in he mustve known after I explained my sitatuation I didnt even qualify for the pell at all. Well him doing this gave me no time or ability to read fine print, and of course he lied to me the whole way through promising me this would be all free. 2 weeks in, I hated it. The classes were common sense. I never inquired about the price because it was free, supposedly, so that didnt matter to me. When I explained to him this wasnt going to be a good fit for me, he told me I may as well finish the 2 years cause ill have a loan to pay off, I may as well get something from it. Wtf!!?? A loan??? Yes, that day I never accessed axia again, but id been trapped in a sallie ,ae loan. I never spoke with sallie mae or signed loan docs. Its 5 years later now and iwant to go back to school. I refuse to pay this loan, and I only had 1 statement for 3000$ right after the ordeal but never received anything since. It is on my credit report, but I want to find out how I can dispute this. I never wouldve attended anywhere knowling needing a loan. I would love info for a current class action suit, or info on who or how to dispute this. With UOP or sallie mae? I really dont know where to begin, but so many others experienced this same nightmare and ive sewn some have won the battle. Any info possible on how to take this school down and tale care of the damn loan would be awesome! They charged me in full for 2 classes I withdrew from early on, and even now on their website it says if you complete less then 60% of your classes and withdraw, they refund the loan back to the comoany which clearly didnt happen for me. Please help!!!!

It may not matter, since according to the U Phoenix website:

"CLASS ACTION WAIVER: There will be no right or authority for any dispute to be brought, heard or arbitrated as a class, collective or representative action or as a class member in any purported class, collective action or representative proceeding (“Class Action Waiver”). Notwithstanding any other clause contained in this Arbitration Agreement, the preceding sentence shall not be severable from
this Agreement in any case in which the dispute to be arbitrated is brought as a class, collective or representative action. Notwithstanding any other clause contained in this Arbitration Agreement, any claim that all or part of the Class Action Waiver is unenforceable, unconscionable, void or voidable may be determined only by a court of competent jurisdiction and not by an arbitrator."

But anyway. Yes, there are, though they may not all apply to you (based on jurisdiction, your own situation, etc.)

You can call the attorneys listed on the docket for more information
