I asked a similar question but misspoke and asked " without a prescription".I do have a prescription for an expensive drug that my insurance won't pay for.

My employer provides drug coverage and they set up accounts for employees at Walgreens until last year when they transferred our accounts to Express Scripts. Both pharmacies provide excellent service. I prefer Express Scripts because they offer two services that Walgreens didn?t. One is auto refill. They automatically send you refillls, a service i use because I have several prescriptions and this service helps me insure that I don?t run out accidentally. The other service is Cura-Scripts, their specialty pharmacy. If you have a rare or very expensive prescriptions, they will provide management services for you, which include either auto refills or robo-calls when it is time to refill. I use 90 days prescriptions, and I get robo-calls to remind me when it is time to refill. If there are any problems with your prescriptions for Cura-Scripts an actual person will call you to work the problem out. Yes, there are plenty of online pharmacies if you have a valid prescription: Drugstore.com, CVS.com, Walgreens.com, Walmart.com, etc. Just follow the online instructions. If you're looking for cheap drugs from overseas, the pricing isn't really much different from the American prices. It's just that you don't need a prescription.

Why don't you go through VA? My Rx's are free of course it does depend a lot on your earned wages. but even then the co pay is nominal.
