Is there anyway I could tip off the government to their illegal actions and have them mount the investigation?

After working a year, 50 hours averaged a week, not paid overtime and I have proof. Should I pursue this or should I let it go? Honestly I think it's classes to pursue, I should just let it go, but in a way I know i deserve the money and they shouldn't be allowed to get away with treating people like this. They are horrible people and Ive gone 3 months since quitting without doing anything but I feel like something needs to happen.. I know of illegal info I could get them in trouble with the IRS especially.. anyway should I pursue this or let it go? and if i should pursue how should I go about it? Is there anyway I could tip off the government to their illegal actions and have them mount the investigation? without my name being involved?

You should have made more fuss while you were still working for them. Yes you can write a letter to the relevant govt dept and just not sign it.
