as of now our employees get payed 2 15 min. breaks and a 30min. unpaid lunch (we are currently allowed to leave company property during lunch. as of mon we only will have a 30 min paid lunch break. we will no longer be able to leave company property during our only break. some were saying bout a new law allowing them to make the change, is this so?

PA law does not require any breaks for adult employees. However, if they give you a meal break, it's a break, and you can do what you want on it. If they say "You may not leave the premises" then you are still under their direction and you must be on the clock.
